Step 1: Click "New"
Step 2: In lower left, a new screen should be prompted. Here you can change the requester or add a remark that details and provides more information pertaining to the Service Order.
2a: Identify the issue.
2b: Identify the location("Where") of the issue.
Step 3: Provide additional information to the service Order.
3a: Direct to a staff members email, device, or team.
3b: Select a priority.
3c: Assign the S/O to a staff member.
Step 4: Complete the Service Order by clicking "OK".
