Reset Your Spam Password

Your Proofpoint Essentials password is separate from your normal computer password so that you can access your mailbox if our mail is ever down.  If you have lost or forgotten your user interface login password never fear! It is super easy to reset the password for your account.

1. Simply go to the Proofpoint Essentials Web Interface site.

2. On the login screen click the ‘Forgot your password’ hyperlink at the bottom beside the login button
   
   
   
3. The next screen that appears will prompt you to input the registered email address in the box provided.
   
   
4. Once you have done this, simply click on the Get Password button and an email will be sent to the registered email address entered with details of your new password.
   

If you have any questions, feel free to create a ticket!  Please be sure to remember this password just incase the mail server is down.
