We have made changes to enhance your ShoreTel experience. ShoreTel Communicator now syncs with our Windows Active Directory. What this means is that you do not have to remember your ShoreTel Communicator password (this is not the same as your ShoreTel voicemail pin code).
If you have issues logging into your ShoreTel communicator (and tried rebooting), please try typing your username and password as follows:
Your username is usually your first initial followed by your last name. Your password is the password you use to login to your computer.
