Mobile Use of Surface Pro 4
There appears to be a bug affecting all Surface Pro 4s. Current symptoms include but are not limited to:
- Issues connecting to network-based resources (Raisers Edge, Sage, E-mail, etc) when taking your computer around the workplace.
- Having issues when undocking and redocking.
- Slow/inconsistent internet issues at the workplace (remote access is unaffected).
The source has been tracked to a patch/update released by Microsoft that impacts Surface Pro 4 hardware.
We have developed/released a patch that we believe resolves the issue. Please dock your Surface Pro 4, restart your computer and the patch should be applied.
