To access the service, connect to the RMH-NY network and visit a non-secure webpage (like captive.apple.com) to invoke the login/landing page. Once on the page, enter the room number as well as the speed the guest would like to have.
All support is handled by Cloud5 which can be reached at x10167 from any landline phone within the house. Support is available 24x7x365 with no cost to the house.
