In this article we will be outlining how to open Room list from the calendar module in Outlook.
Step 1: Open Outlook and navigate to your calendar:
Step 2: Navigate to the top taskbar and select "Open Calendar" then "From Room List"
Step 3: Once opened you should see all the room calendars. Select whichever rooms/locations you want added. Once added his "Ok".
Step 4: Once added you should see the calendars populate within the left navigation pane with the rest of your calendars.
